Anca Ciobanu

Dr Ciobanu Anca MD, PhD is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and assistant professor at UMF Carol Davila, with a particular interest in maternal-fetal medicine. She underwent a fellowship of 3 years in this field at King’s College in London, under the guidance of Professor Kypros Nicolaides where Dr. Ciobanu has conducted research on essential topics regarding maternal and fetal complications such as preeclampsia and intrauterine growth restriction, contributing with valuable works to the international medical literature. She is an assistant professor at UMF “Carol Davila”, where she shares her knowledge with future doctors, and has advanced skills in ultrasonography, maternal-fetal medicine, colposcopy and hysteroscopy.
