Maurizio Bertollo

Maurizio Bertollo, PhD Sport Science, Psychologist and Psychoterapist is Professor of Sport and Exercise Sciences at “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara. He is also Director of the Behavioral Imaging and Neural Dynamics (BIND) Center, and serves in the Department of Medicine and Aging Sciences. A chartered psychologist and psychotherapist, he is the President of the European Federation of Sport Psychology (FEPSAC) His research explores psychophysiological mechanisms underpinning performance, stress recovery-balance in sport, and optimal functioning. He holds a PhD in Sport Sciences and advanced specializations in psychology and pedagogy.
